In this busy quick fix world, I offer you space to slow down. I work collaboratively with you in a safe, empathic, and supportive environment. Together we explore your unique experience at your pace. A focus is on an attitude of curiosity and discovery at the level of the mind and heart. I encourage a deeper more compassionate connection to self. I offer practical tools and strategies to assist in repatterning old beliefs and integrating healing, growth, and change. The choice is always yours.
Each person is unique and therefore therapy is always personalised. I draw on many different methods including: somatic experiential psychotherapy, humanistic, IFS, strengths based, attachment, person-centred and coaching.

Sessions are offered either face-to-face at my home office near Manly, Northern Beaches
Or Online via Teams or Zoom
The initial appointment is 75 minutes. In this session we will discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and some of your history and circumstances. We can then create a treatment plan to suit you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions.
Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
The cost is $140 per session.
